Many times during rewrites, scenes are deleted, yep, kind of like what happens with movies. If you have not read the book, DO NOT read the deleted scenes. They will spoil your enjoyment, and are provided here for writers, who will cackle over the changes, and devoted readers. You can find them on the individual novel pages or collected here.
